Q

How do I become a client?

Becoming a client starts with filling out an Inquiry Form. This form will help us to learn more about your needs and whether or not we may be able to help, if so, we will reach out to schedule a free 30–40-minute phone call to discuss your needs in more detail and answer any questions you may have.  If, after our call, it is still a good fit, an assessment & onboarding visit will be scheduled which will include the signing of a Client Contract.  To see if we can help you with your care needs click here to contact us.
